Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts cut into cubes
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups instant white rice
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup butter sliced

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Grease the sides and the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Stir the chicken, the water, the rice, the cream of chicken soup, the cream of celery soup, and the cream of mushroom soup together in the prepared baking dish, then season the mixture with the salt and the pepper.
