Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 (4-ounce) pork loin chops boneless
  • cooking spray to taste
  • mashed potatoes optional, to taste, cooked and warm, for serving
  • green peas optional, to taste, cooked and warm, for serving

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Pour the milk into a shallow bowl.
