- 1/2 cup firm butter or margarine
- 2 (14-ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup key lime juice or lime juice
- 2 (8-ounce) containers frozen whipped topping thawed and divided
- 2 (6-ounce) containers yogurt key lime pie flavor
- green food coloring optional, to taste
- 1 tablespoon lime peel grated
- 1/2 cup fresh berries optional
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray the bottom and the sides of a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
- Add the cookie mix and the butter in a large bowl.
- With a pastry blender or a fork, cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly and coarse.
- Lightly press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
