- 1 (15.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 (3-ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
- 3/4 cup plus 1/3 cup orange juice divided
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs

- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- Grease a 10-inch Bundt™ pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and the pudding mix and stir to combine.
- Make a well in the center of the cake mix mixture and pour 3/4 cup of the orange juice, the oil, the eggs, and the lemon extract into the well and beat on low speed until blended.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and beat the batter for 4 minutes on medium speed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake, about 50 minutes-1 hour.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn the cake out onto a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
