- 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 green bell pepper chopped

- 3/4 cup carrots chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups Muenster cheese shredded
- 2 hamburger buns chopped
Directions
- In a large pot of salted, boiling water, cook the macaroni about 3 minutes shy of al dente according to the package directions.
- Drain the macaroni and set it aside.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Lightly coat a 7x11-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, add the olive oil.
- Add the ground chuck to the hot oil and cook, while crumbling, until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
