  • 1 large bunch fresh asparagus woody ends clipped and discarded
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 medium lemon zested and juiced
  • parmesan cheese to taste, grated
  • fresh mint or parsley to taste, finely chopped
  • red pepper flakes to taste
  • lemon wedges to taste, for garnish

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
