Ingredients

  • 4 medium baking potatoes peeled and chopped
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 3/4 pound ham chopped
  • 2 green onions sliced, plus more, to taste, for garnish
  • 1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese shredded, divided
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the potatoes, the broccoli, the ham, 2 of the sliced green onions, the sour cream, the cream of mushroom soup, 1 1/2 cups of the cheese, the water, the dill, the salt, and the pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  • Uncover and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
